The Wine Restaurant was a concept proposed to the Gallery Art Hotel, Florence. Being in the heart of Tuscany and with a legacy of being one of the oldest properties in the city, it only seemed natural that the restaurant celebrate the rich wine culture of the region. The restaurant was, therefore, conceived to showcase the variety of wines produced in the region. It's design was intended to reflect the rustic charm of rural Italy, Italian culture & tradition and its famed vineyards.
